Desdemona & Cry-baby ghost

Last month I took part in the Vive La Lolligag show at Woot Bear in San Francisco. I decided to turn the Lolligag into Desdemona. I had to saw off the top of her head to accommodate her hat, but I think it worked out well.
I also sewed up a tiny cry-baby ghost, the smallest one yet! My custom sold, but there is still a lot of fun stuff at the link above.
