I keep calling this hat my “Mother’s day hat” since I used roving I bought at the Maryland Sheep & Wool fest on Mother’s day to spin the yarn for it. The pattern is a free pattern called
The Voilet Beanie which you can download on Ravelry. Since my yarn is so very busy it’s hard to see the pattern, but it’s been such a easy project to work on, and knits up quick. I liked it so much that I plan to cast on another in some pretty mustard yarn I have that will show off the hat’s pattern much better.
