Building Shelves

This Summer I have gotten into all sorts of things from ceramics to working with wood. I had an idea to make a built in bookshelf in this little weird alcove we have in the kitchen. I figured it could be nice for storing our mug collection which seems to grow all the time.
We have an older home so the walls are not perfect, but I was really pleased with how it came out. I’d eventually like to add a scalloped trim the the front of each shelf (which will hide the shelves and side ledges) but for now its been working out nicely as is.
