When you’re in Orlando, how can you resist going to some of the parks? We knew that everyone would be going to the Magic Kingdom together one day, so we decided that Thomas, B, and I would also spend at a day Epcot, and Universal Studios. The last time we were in Disney we went to Universal Island Adventure park because it was the part of the park with the Harry Potter Hogsmeade. This time we did get a double park ticket (because we wanted to be able to take the new Hogwart’s Express train) but knew we’d be spending the bulk of the day in the park with Diagon Alley. It did not disappoint, frozen butterbeer, Gringotts, Knockturn Alley, and Borgin and Burkes. We loved it! The train ride is really amazing too, they did such a good job and the “story” is different in each direction.
Then of course there was The Simpsons area of the park. We loved it, bought one of the giant pink donuts which we shared that night (really tasty and soft). We ate dinner at Krusty Burger and took a look in Moes.
